Le nombre r\u00e9el d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 selon l&#8217;objectif des tests de mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>LAVAGE<\/p>\n<p>-La proc\u00e9dure de lavage est choisie selon les tables jointes<\/p>\n<p>-Les \u00e9chantillons et la charge de polissage sont conditionn\u00e9s selon la norme ISO 139. La masse de l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon conditionn\u00e9 est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les \u00e9chantillons sont ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 laver et la quantit\u00e9 correspondante de lest est ajout\u00e9e pour obtenir une charge adapt\u00e9e aux dimensions de la machine et au rapport de charge.<\/p>\n<p>-Les instructions de la proc\u00e9dure de lavage s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e sont suivies.<\/p>\n<p>-De l&#8217;eau est ajout\u00e9e, ainsi que des d\u00e9tergents et des additifs selon le programme s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>-L&#8217;acide ac\u00e9tique peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 lors du dernier rin\u00e7age pour ajuster le pH de l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon. Si utilis\u00e9, le pH de l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon sec doit \u00eatre not\u00e9 dans le rapport (cette valeur doit se situer entre 5,5 et 7,0)<\/p>\n<p>-Une fois la derni\u00e8re centrifugeuse termin\u00e9e, les \u00e9chantillons sont retir\u00e9s en veillant \u00e0 ne pas les \u00e9tirer ou les d\u00e9former.
