Commitment to safety sustainability in fabrics:
OEKO-TEX® Certification
Nowadays, it’s essential to ensure that the textiles we use in our daily lives do not contain harmful substances derived from manufacturing processes. At Lenard, we are fully aware of this responsibility and, therefore, certify all our fabrics under the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 label, thus ensuring that our products meet the highest safety and sustainability standards.
The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification is a global recognized testing and verification system designed to assess and limit the presence of hazardous substances in textile products. This certification is classified into four levels, depending on the degree of contact between the fabric and the skin:
-
-
-
-
-
-
- Class I: Intended for products suitable for babies and children up to three years old, this is the most demanding category in terms of safety.
- Class II: Applicable to textiles in direct contact with the skin, such as clothing.
- Class III: For products not in direct contact with the skin, such as jackets or padding materials.
- Class IV: Corresponds to textiles used in decoration, such as curtains and upholstery.

At Lenard, we are proud to have OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I certification for our technical fabric ranges: Xispal RS, Xispal R1 RS, Tecvin, Valen-t, and Orange. This distinction is especially significant, as Class I imposes the strictest criteria, making it rare for technical fabrics due to their specific characteristics.
Furthermore, our ANTISTATIC range also has the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class II certification, ensuring its suitability for direct skin contact and reaffirming our commitment to safety and environmental protection.
At Lenard, we continue to innovate to offer high-quality technical textiles that not only meet the performance requirements demanded by our customers, but also respect the well-being of people and the environment.
