Our R&D dpt. after a long period of tests and efforts has brought to the market new flame-resistant fabrics with very high mechanical and bending resistance, capable of repelling any type of molten metal splash.
These fabrics were specifically developed to cover robots, grippers, motors and hoses of the assembly line in an automotive company.
They will allow bespoke manufacturing of the covers, depending of the robot, the environment, the movements the robot will execute, and the molten metal splashes that can impact on it, etc…
One of their highlights is their great durability, so in this way we’ll avoid to change protections in a short period of time in the production chain. Both fabrics are washable.
